Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Ground beef chuck

  • 2 lbs Ground pork

  • 1/2 Medium-sized yellow onion, grated

  • 4 oz Can of green chiles

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup Tomato juice

  • 1/4 cup Whole milk powder

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Kosher salt

  • 4 teaspoons Chili powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Cayenne pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon Onion powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder

  • 2 Tablespoons Dehydrated minced onions

  • 2 teaspoons Cumin

  • 2 teaspoons Dry parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons White sugar

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients. Mix very thoroughly by hand or with a stand mixer, until all ingredients are well-incorporated and the mixture is tacky and not sopping wet.
  • Form into sausage patties, or stuff into links with a sausage-stuffing machine.
